Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ballswick with a poor takedown
and Willis counters with a series of strikes. Ballswick will be more careful next time no doubt.
Hellson Ballswick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ballswick scores with a sloppy right hand. Willis should have avoided that one.
Ballswick rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Willis counters with a straight right hand.
Ballswick closes the distance and clinches up with Willis, looking for a takedown. Ballswick pushes Willis against the cage but Willis circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Willis blocks a jab.
Willis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ballswick circles away quickly and effectively.
Willis showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ballswick.
Willis connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Ballswick is rocked!
A combination from Willis does no damage.
Willis cracks Ballswick with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Ballswick falls to his knees and Willis doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cody Willis!
A relieved looking Cody Willis thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
