Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yakob Mezerolovskionivch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mezerolovskionivch comes to the cage accompanied by betcha can't do it like me. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Martin fails with an attempt to clinch.
Martin stuffs the takedown. Mezerolovskionivch shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Martin throws a half hearted mid kick. Mezerolovskionivch closes this distance looking for a takedown but Martin circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yakob Mezerolovskionivch. That's going to take a lot out of him. Mezerolovskionivch shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Martin as he jumps to the side. Mezerolovskionivch avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mezerolovskionivch shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Martin looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mezerolovskionivch is one step ahead there. Mezerolovskionivch will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mezerolovskionivch throwing strikes from guard but Martin blocks nicely. That's one minute gone in the round. Mezerolovskionivch postures up and lands a big shot to Martin's brow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Martin looking for a sweep. Not yet Martin, not yet. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mezerolovskionivch accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Mezerolovskionivch drops back looking for a leg! Martin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Martin manages to kick Mezerolovskionivch off! Mezerolovskionivch jumps back into Martin's guard. Martin trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Mezerolovskionivch loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mezerolovskionivch trying to control the position from guard on top but Martin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Martin thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Mezerolovskionivch thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Martin looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Mezerolovskionivch is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Mezerolovskionivch with a flurry of punches that miss. Mezerolovskionivch drops back looking for a leg! Martin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Martin manages to kick Mezerolovskionivch off! Mezerolovskionivch jumps back into Martin's guard. Martin controls Mezerolovskionivch momentarily but Mezerolovskionivch frees himself. Mezerolovskionivch postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Martin is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mezerolovskionivch, into his guard. Martin wants to stand but Mezerolovskionivch is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Martin looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Martin's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Tim Martin has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Martin misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mezerolovskionivch avoids the body shot from Martin.
Martin misses with a body kick. Martin clinches up against the cage. Martin's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Martin gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Mezerolovskionivch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Yakob Mezerolovskionivch will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Martin moves into range and clinches up with Mezerolovskionivch. Martin is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Martin lands with a right to the head. Martin lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like Yakob Mezerolovskionivch has been cut. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Martin lands a left hand.

Tim Martin seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Martin obliges. Martin slowing the pace effectively. Mezerolovskionivch takes an elbow to the forehead. Mezerolovskionivch is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Martin pushes Mezerolovskionivch back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Martin stalling the fight.
Martin throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Mezerolovskionivch blocks it with crossed arms. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Martin pressing his opponent against the cage.

Tim Martin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Martin looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Sloppy strikes from Martin. Those never looked like landing. No joy there for Martin, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Martin is pushing Mezerolovskionivch up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Mezerolovskionivch throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Mezerolovskionivch has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Martin avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tim Martin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Yakob Mezerolovskionivch's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Martin fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Mezerolovskionivch, pushing him back against the cage. Mezerolovskionivch tries to break free but Martin pushes him back against the cage. Mezerolovskionivch wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Martin has him pressed against the cage. Martin gets through Mezerolovskionivch's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Martin misses with a knee to the head. Martin using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Mezerolovskionivch has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Mezerolovskionivch throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Martin's waist but Martin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mezerolovskionivch off to one side.

A little nod from Mezerolovskionivch there as he acknowledges the shot. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Martin tries to work over Mezerolovskionivch's front leg with a kick but Mezerolovskionivch checks it. Mezerolovskionivch gets tackled into the cage by Martin. Martin maintains the clinch. Martin stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Mezerolovskionivch takes one to the chin there. Martin moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Martin scores with a jab to the jaw. Martin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mezerolovskionivch. Mezerolovskionivch takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Martin has been the more effective fighter overall so far. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Martin misses with a head kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Martin wants to clinch up but Mezerolovskionivch keeps it at a distance. Martin throws a head kick but Mezerolovskionivch moves out of range.
Martin rushes Mezerolovskionivch and presses him up against the cage. Martin lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Martin leaning his opponent against the cage. Martin works on Mezerolovskionivch's body with a couple of short punches. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A head punch on the inside from Mezerolovskionivch fails to land. A left hand lands to the body for Martin.

And that's the end of the fight! Tim Martin comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Martin has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
