Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dominickoy Palhares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tragon Dux (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Palhares might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "Rumour Has It/Someone Like You". Dux has chosen Countdown to Extinction as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palhares shoots in and drives through. Dux sprawls well.
Dux pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Palhares shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Palhares working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Dux turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Palhares off and cradles Dux's limp body as Palhares celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Dominickoy Palhares!
Dominickoy Palhares bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
