Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Denton Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Adebisi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adebisi has chosen Go Go Adebisi as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunder fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Thunder.
Thunder thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Adebisi if he has to take too many more of those.

Adebisi drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Adebisi lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Thunder lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Adebisi has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Adebisi and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Adebisi feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Adebisi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Thunder pinned against the cage. Thunder gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Denton Thunder decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
