The crowd seem to be enjoying Dixon's choice of entrance music: It's A Fight by Three 6 Mafia. Ricard Cuenca has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dixon will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cuenca with a poor takedown
and Dixon counters with a one-two to the body.
Cuenca fails with the takedown
and Dixon counters with a nice uppercut.
Cuenca dives in and grabs Dixon's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dixon pushes down on Cuenca's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricard Cuenca. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cuenca scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Dixon throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.

Dixon makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Dixon.

Dixon is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Cuenca rolls with it to try and escape but Dixon cranks on the arm and Cuenca is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
