Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gerry Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antti Sumiala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gerry Fighter is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sumiala circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fighter tries a low kick but Sumiala avoids it.
Fighter fails with the takedown.
Sumiala looks to land a combination but Fighter avoids it well.
Fighter misses with a head kick.
Sloppy strikes from Sumiala. Those never looked like landing.
Some wild striking there from Sumiala.
Fighter takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Fighter closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sumiala circles away.
Fighter takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Fighter shoots for a double leg takedown but Sumiala sprawls well. He's pushed Fighter's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gerry Fighter. That's going to take a lot out of him.
No luck for Fighter with that takedown attempt.
Good exchange - Sumiala coming out on top.

A punch combination from Sumiala misses.
Fighter tries for a takedown but Sumiala sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Fighter clinches.
Sumiala is trying to break free.
Fighter has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Sumiala after a bit of a struggle.
Fighter is pushing Sumiala up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Fighter gets control of Sumiala's arms and successfully pulls guard. Fighter will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Sumiala trying to control the position from guard on top but Fighter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Fighter is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Fighter is looking for a triangle but Sumiala pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sumiala is fighting to break Fighter's control of his arms but Fighter is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sumiala looking to sit in guard and control but Fighter gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Sumiala wants to get back to his feet but Fighter is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Sumiala is looking to stand back up but Fighter counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Sumiala.
Fighter passes to side control.
Sumiala is being controlled here.
Fighter decides to stand back up.
Fighter is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sumiala sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Sumiala circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fighter tries to clinch there but Sumiala circles away.
Sumiala connects with a right hand. Fighter shakes it off.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Left hook, right uppercut from Sumiala.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fighter shoots in for a takedown but Sumiala shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Fighter tries for a takedown but Sumiala sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
The fighters circle momentarily. Sumiala darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Sumiala shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Fighter eats them both and turns towards Sumiala to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Fighter waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sumiala.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Fighter is defended easily by Sumiala.
Sumiala lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sumiala cracks Fighter with an open hand slap.
Fighter pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sumiala lands a jab-cross combination.
Fighter looks for a takedown but Sumiala sprawls well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Antti Sumiala will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Sumiala tries to bum rush Fighter with a series of wild strikes but Fighter uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fighter's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Sumiala connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Fighter scrambles back to his feet.
Fighter has a takedown stuffed.
Fighter shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Sumiala but Sumiala pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Fighter shoots in looking for a takedown. Sumiala tries to sprawl out of it but Fighter keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sumiala manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gerry Fighter. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fighter takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Oooooh!!! Sumiala has knocked Fighter down with a huge combo! Sumiala steps away and waves a wobbly Fighter back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Fighter is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fighter drops his hands momentarily. Sumiala doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Fighter staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Fighter doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Antti Sumiala!
