Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Freddie Michaels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ants Milnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Milnes has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Freddie Michaels! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ants Milnes! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Michaels shoots in but Milnes avoids the takedown attempt easily. Michaels fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Milnes avoids it really well and circles away. Milnes fails in his attempt to clinch. Milnes tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Michaels shoots in for a takedown but Milnes shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Freddie Michaels. That's going to take a lot out of him. Michaels changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Milnes tries to avoid it but Michaels manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Milnes to the ground. Milnes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Michaels fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Milnes sprawls well initially but Michaels persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Milnes should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Milnes looks gassed! We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Michaels trying to mount his opponent but Milnes defends it. Michaels working the head and body with strikes. Ground and pound from Michaels. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Michaels working over Milnes with some ground and pound. Milnes looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's one minute gone in the round. Michaels seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Michaels lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Michaels seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Milnes is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
