He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michaels shoots in but Milnes avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Michaels fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Milnes avoids it really well and circles away.
Milnes fails in his attempt to clinch.
Milnes tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Michaels shoots in for a takedown but Milnes shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Freddie Michaels. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Michaels changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Milnes tries to avoid it but Michaels manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Milnes to the ground. Milnes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Michaels fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Milnes sprawls well initially but Michaels persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Milnes should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
