Donato tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Gabrijel counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

Donato is trying to control but can't.
Donato might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Gabrijel kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Donato is controlling Gabrijel 's position as best he can from this difficult position.
Donato is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Gabrijel 's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Gabrijel 's back!
Donato is cranking Gabrijel 's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Gabrijel ! He's tightened the choke and Gabrijel is tapping out!
