Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Norris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stevie Bobby (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norris fails to land the takedown.

Bobby has hold of one of Norris's legs. Norris is fighting the takedown attempt but Bobby gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Bobby wants to control the pace but Norris is squirming around nicely.
Bobby might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Norris kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Bobby has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Norris is looking to improve his position but Bobby isn't that keen on the idea.

Norris rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bobby moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bobby closes this distance looking for a takedown but Norris circles away.
Norris wants to clinch up but Bobby keeps it at a distance.

Chuck Norris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stevie Bobby.

Bobby closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Norris is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bobby's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bobby's back!

Bobby manages to reverse the position and now he's in Norris's guard. Nice work there by Bobby.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Norris is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Stevie Bobby has got the better of the ground game so far.

Norris pushes Bobby away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Bobby gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
