Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winfield has his takedown stuffed
and Snake cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Gerry Winfield has been cut.
Horrible takedown by Winfield or perhaps it was just good defense by Snake which made him look bad.
Winfield looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Snake is fending him off so far but Winfield persists. Nope, Snake circles away and we're back to standing.
Jake Snake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gerry Winfield.
Winfield tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Snake swivels and escapes.
Winfield has his takedown stuffed
and Snake counters with a left to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Snake lands a big right hand that sends Winfield crashing to the mat! Snake stays standing though and waves Winfield back to his feet!
Winfield is rocked!
Winfield shoots for a double leg takedown but Snake sprawls well. He's pushed Winfield's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Snake misses with a body shot.
Snake is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Winfield flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Winfield is out cold! Snake holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jake Snake!
A very excited looking Jake Snake made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
