Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Khalifa Khalifa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Dempsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khalifa comes to the cage accompanied by Random Arab Music. Jack Dempsey is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Winston Howard and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khalifa defending well as Dempsey loads up on a big left hand.
Khalifa bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Dempsey keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Khalifa throws a body punch but Dempsey moves out of range.
Jack Dempsey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Khalifa feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Khalifa is looking to take a break and control but Dempsey is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dempsey can do anything to dispel that myth.

Khalifa sneaks out the side door and pushes Dempsey away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Khalifa closes this distance looking for a takedown but Dempsey circles away.
Dempsey misses with a left hand
and Khalifa counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Dempsey!
Khalifa lands a big shot there that rocks Dempsey but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Khalifa postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Dempsey in real trouble here! The ref calls for Dempsey to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
