Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Felipe Moreira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jammy Stoney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moreira's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Samba de janeiro - bellini. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jammy Stoney! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moreira misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Stoney displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Moreira. Stoney ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Moreira moves away. Stoney misses with the combination.

Stoney fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Moreira manages to avoid it. Stoney showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Moreira.
Stoney thows a body shot but no joy. Stoney throws a hook but Moreira blocks it. Stoney misses the shot to the body. Moreira closes the distance and clinches up with Stoney, looking for a takedown. Moreira pushes Stoney against the cage but Stoney circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Jammy Stoney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Moreira tries a head kick but it misses.
Moreira throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stoney's waist but Stoney gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Moreira off to one side. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Moreira throws a sloppy head kick and Stoney moves out of range easily. Stoney throws a jab but it's blocked by Moreira. Moreira wants to clinch up but Stoney keeps it at a distance. It looks like Felipe Moreira has been cut. Moreira gets a takedown into half guard. Moreira is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Stoney trying to control but Moreira postures up.

Moreira missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Moreira is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Stoney defends it well. Stoney is trying to get back to full guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Moreira is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Stoney is looking for a sweep. Moreira is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Moreira slips a nice elbow through Stoney's hands, connecting with Stoney's forehead. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Stoney tries to get to full guard but Moreira has control of the leg. Stoney trying to control but Moreira postures up.

Stoney throws a right hand that Moreira ducks under and follows up with a left that Moreira also avoids with ease. Moreira shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Stoney but Stoney pushes him off and we're back to square one. Moreira misses with a head kick.

Moreira keeps control of Stoney as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Stoney. Stoney is trying to break free. Moreira drops down looking for an ankle pick but Stoney pulls his leg out and moves away.
Stoney ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Moreira moves away. Moreira throws a sloppy head kick and Stoney moves out of range easily. Moreira takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Moreira shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Moreira steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Stoney.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Moreira has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Stoney avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Stoney wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Moreira has him pressed against the cage. Still in the clinch, Stoney scores with a nice short uppercut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stoney lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Moreira backwards. Moreira wants a takedown.
Moreira has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Stoney clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Stoney has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Moreira. Moreira is hanging on to Stoney's back as he tries to escape.
Stoney defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Moreira's arms. Moreira is trying to stick to Stoney's back but Stoney is turning into Moreira. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Moreira's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Stoney. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Stoney is pushing down on Moreira's leg trying to pass to half guard. Moreira is fighting to maintain full guard but Stoney has managed to sneak the leg through. Moreira slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Stoney slips nicely into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Felipe Moreira will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Felipe Moreira's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Stoney thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Moreira tries to close the distance and clinch but Stoney swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Stoney pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Stoney misses with a hook. Stoney fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Moreira shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Stoney as he jumps to the side. Jammy Stoney seems to be getting the better of the standup. Stoney misses the jab. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Moreira keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Stoney ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Stoney avoids a punch combination nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round. Stoney lands with a shot to the body. A left lands for Stoney. Moreira takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Moreira takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Oh Moreira is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Stoney cracks Moreira with a right hand to the side of the head. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stoney moves into range and connects with a jab. Stoney throws a hook to the side of Moreira's head but Moreira sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Jammy Stoney is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Moreira fails to land the takedown. Stoney looks to score with a jab to the body but Moreira is just out of range. Donk. Stoney catches Moreira right on the button with a cross. Stoney Rushes Moreira and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Moreira is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Stoney Piles on the pressure and Moreira crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
