The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Earlandson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Scally counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Earlandson! We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Earlandson is trying to escape the mount.
Earlandson bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Earlandson is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Scally has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Earlandson is looking to defend but Scally has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Earlandson! Scally pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Earlandson taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Shaune Scally!
