The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jordan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Hal Jordan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pox stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Jordan.
Pox fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jordan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
A telegraphed right hand from Pox misses the target.
Jordan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Pox stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Pox blocks the body kick.
Jordan throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Pox throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Pox has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
Pox is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jordan.
Pox lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Pox rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jordan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Jordan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Pox counters with a left and a right... And another left! Jordan is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
