Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barca misses with a double jab.
Some bone on bone action there as Rasp checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Rasp looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Barca takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Rasp misses with a head kick.
Barca clinches with his opponent.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Barca.
Barca escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rasp changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rasp. Barca does a little dance to reset his feet.
Barca scores with a head kick. Rasp tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Rasp is looking to clinch.
Rasp drives through with a takedown into guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Rasp pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Barca is keeping the position for now.

Barca looking to control.
Rasp is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Barca is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Barca has escaped and now he's on top!
Rasp has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Barca can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Rasp looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Barca might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Rasp is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Barca is looking to take a break and control but Rasp is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rasp prevents Barca from moving into mount.
Rasp looking for a sweep but Barca has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Rasp slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Barca passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Rasp!

Rasp tries to improve his position but instead Barca has taken his back!
Rasp is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Barca gets his way!

Barca lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Rasp is wriggling around trying to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Barca can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Rasp is looking to escape.
Rasp tries to get back to half guard but can't.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rasp tries to lock up and control but Barca gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Rasp is looking for a triangle but Barca pushes his legs off easily.
Barca lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Barca stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Rasp swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Barca is working for a kimura but Rasp is defending it quite comfortably.
Rasp is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Barca pulls his head out easily.

Barca frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Rasp goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Barca has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Rasp but great work by Barca.
Constantine Barca overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Barca looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Rasp throws his legs up looking for a submission but Barca uses it to pass to side control.
Rasp wings away with a couple of strikes but they don't land.
Rasp is trying to control Barca's posture but Barca avoids it.
Rasp on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Barca creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Barca tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Barca has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rasp had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Barca defends it easily.
Rasp is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Barca defends well.
Rasp takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Barca wants to pass the guard but Rasp is keeping the position.
Rasp looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Barca is defending well. Rasp quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Barca has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Rasp celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
