Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Barry Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phoenix Miyamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Phoenix Miyamoto is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Phoenix Miyamoto! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Hirohito Nitta and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanders shoots in looking for a takedown but Miyamoto manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sanders's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Sanders shoots for a double leg takedown but Miyamoto sprawls well. He's pushed Sanders's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Miyamoto moves into the clinch successfully.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Miyamoto lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Miyamoto lands an elbow inside.
Jeez, Barry Sanders's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sanders prevents a body shot from Miyamoto. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Phoenix Miyamoto seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Sanders blocks a body shot from Miyamoto. Sanders is trying to break the clinch but Miyamoto is controlling him. Sanders looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Miyamoto lands an elbow inside.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Barry Sanders's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Phoenix Miyamoto! A relieved looking Phoenix Miyamoto thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
