Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Barkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikolo Broska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Broska has chosen Behemoth- The Reign Ov Shemsu-Hor as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Broska shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Barkin as he jumps to the side.
Barkin doesn't manage to clinch there - Broska circles away.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Broska shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Barkin sprawls well. Barkin wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Broska gets slowly back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barkin wants to clinch up but Broska keeps it at a distance.

and Broska counters with a nice double leg into side control. Barkin won't be happy with that.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
An elbow from Broska crashes against the mat.
Broska working the ground and pound but Barkin is defending the strikes.
Broska throws an elbow but Barkin slips to the side and avoids it well.
Broska tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Broska sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Barkin is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Broska tries to score with some ground and pound. Barkin controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Barkin sneaks back into half guard.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Broska lands a nice short elbow.

Broska misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Broska postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Barkin looks a forlorn figure.

It looks like Charlie Barkin has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Broska landing strikes from the mount and Barkin is in trouble!

Barkin is rocked!

Broska postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Barkin in real trouble here! The ref calls for Barkin to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
