Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Chase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Soichirou Nagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Soichirou Nagi!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Sano and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagi scores with a three punch combo!
Nagi throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
No joy there for Nagi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nagi displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Chase misses with the combination.
Nagi goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Chase cracks a nice hook into Nagi's ribs.
Nagi keeps the fight on the outside.
Chase shoots in but no luck this time.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Chase clinches.
Chase is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Nagi is defending well for now.
Nagi is trying to break free.
Nagi's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice takedown defense from Nagi. No joy for Chase on that attempt.
Chase tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Chase changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Nagi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Chase staying calm.
Chase trying to control the action but Nagi is working from the bottom.
Chase is trying to get an arm triangle but Nagi is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Chase has an Americana. Nagi didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Chase is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Chase hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Johnny Chase!
