Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ouriel Semiazas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Coleman comes to the cage accompanied by Got Money. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Ouriel Semiazas enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 23 - 3, fighting out of Hilo, Mark Coleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ouriel Semiazas!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Ryoma Takatsuka and Paul Gruel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Coleman misses.
Coleman fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Semiazas manages to avoid it.
Semiazas throws a jab when Coleman was well out of range.
Semiazas connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Semiazas connects with an inside leg kick.
Semiazas throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Semiazas throws a series of punches but Coleman avoids them all with ease.
Semiazas dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Semiazas slips a jab from Coleman.
Semiazas throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Coleman on the side of the head.
Semiazas lands a really nice looking cross but Coleman seems unphased.
Coleman takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Semiazas is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Coleman shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Semiazas swings for the body but Coleman moves out of range.
Semiazas lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Coleman lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Coleman throws a looping overhand right but Semiazas ducks down to avoid it.
Semiazas throws a leg kick which misses Coleman's front leg but catches the back leg as Coleman tries to avoid it.
A telegraphed right hand from Semiazas misses the target.
Semiazas fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Coleman displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Semiazas throws out the jab.
Semiazas avoids the body shot from Coleman.

Coleman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Coleman throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Semiazas. Coleman does a little dance to reset his feet.
Coleman avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Semiazas throws a head kick that misses.

Coleman takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Semiazas throws out a loose jab but Coleman uses good head movement to avoid it.
Ouriel Semiazas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Semiazas throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Semiazas lunges at Coleman with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Coleman's hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Coleman lands a jab.
Coleman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Coleman stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Semiazas.
Nice straight punches there by Semiazas. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Semiazas.
Semiazas stuffs the takedown attempt from Coleman. Coleman gets slowly back to his feet.

No luck for Coleman with that takedown attempt.
Coleman takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Semiazas misses with a hook

and Coleman counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Semiazas makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Semiazas.
Coleman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Semiazas looking to hit a scissor sweep but Coleman is one step ahead there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Coleman is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Coleman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Semiazas bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Coleman's guard.

Semiazas is fighting to break Coleman's control of his arms but Coleman is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Mark Coleman just wasn't active enough.
Coleman tries to close the distance and clinch but Semiazas swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Semiazas catches Coleman with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Coleman shoots in for a takedown but Semiazas shows good takedown defense.
Semiazas throws a low kick, looking for Coleman's leg but Coleman calmly moves out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ouriel Semiazas dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


Semiazas shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

and Coleman connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Coleman fails with a takedown attempt.
Jab, jab by Semiazas - just one landing.
Nice defenses there by Coleman.
Semiazas looks to score with a jab to the body but Coleman is just out of range.
Semiazas misses with a hook. Coleman ducked under it nicely.
Coleman blocks a low kick nicely.
Semiazas circles away from the clinch attempt.

Coleman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Coleman lands in his opponent's guard.
Coleman in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Semiazas lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Ouriel Semiazas seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Coleman takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Coleman avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Semiazas misses with a wild body shot.
Semiazas throws out a loose jab but Coleman uses good head movement to avoid it.

Coleman shoots in and bounces Semiazas off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Semiazas manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Semiazas postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Coleman in real trouble here! The ref calls for Coleman to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
