The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kharitonov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Starsky but Starsky pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Kharitonov moves in looking to clinch but Starsky pushes him off.
Starsky lands with a straight right. Kharitonov didn't see that one coming.
It looks like Fedor Kharitonov has been cut.
Starsky lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Kharitonov at a distance.
Kharitonov takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Starsky stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Starsky wants it to stay on the feet.

Starsky lands with a hook. Kharitonov tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Fedor Kharitonov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Starsky drops Kharitonov with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Kharitonov! Starsky dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
