Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christopher Jackson! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Medvedev tries to clinch up. Jackson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Medvedev sprawls well initially but Jackson persists and gets the takedown into half guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Jackson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Medvedev sees it coming and defends easily. Jackson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Jackson has control of Medvedev's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Medvedev regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Jackson jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Medvedev is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Medvedev and Jackson has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Christopher Jackson dominated that round. That's time! Medvedev's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jackson keeps the fight on the outside. Medvedev is looking to clinch. Jackson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jackson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jackson working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Medvedev turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Jackson off and cradles Medvedev's limp body as Jackson celebrates with his corner.
