Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Akio Osamu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kijiro Kazasuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Akio Osamu looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Sano and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osamu loads up on a big right hand but Kazasuki slips the punch.
A nice combination there by Osamu.
Osamu scores with a body shot.
Osamu shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Kazasuki is bucking up trying to escape but Osamu cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Osamu jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Kazasuki is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Kazasuki and Osamu has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Osamu remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Osamu is looking to take a break and control but Kazasuki is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Osamu is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kazasuki can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Kazasuki is squirming around, avoiding Osamu's attempts to control the action.

Kazasuki tries to close the distance and clinch but Osamu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Kazasuki is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Osamu drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Kazasuki working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Osamu doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Osamu manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Osamu stands up over Kazasuki, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Kazasuki had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Osamu is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kazasuki Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Osamu's back instead.
Osamu manages to reverse the position and now he's in Kazasuki's guard. Nice work there by Osamu.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Osamu has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kazasuki is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Osamu has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kazasuki is looking to defend but Osamu has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kazasuki! Osamu pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kazasuki taps out and this one is all over!
