Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alex Albright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Steggman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Albright comes to the cage accompanied by Another One Bites The Dust. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Christian Steggman was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Albright does no damage.
Albright throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Albright fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Steggman takes one to the side of the head.
Albright tries to clinch but Steggman is having none of it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Albright looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Albright works Steggman's body with a nice hook.
Albright shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Steggman as he avoids it easily.

Alex Albright seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Steggman fails with the takedown

and Albright counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Albright trying to control the position from guard on top but Steggman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Steggman is looking to sinch up a triangle. Albright throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Steggman's body to avoid the submission. Steggman has instead reached around Albright's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Steggman arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
