Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marg Winter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Horunge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Horunge has chosen Make It Bun Dem as his entrance music. Dan Horunge is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marg Winter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan Horunge! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Reed Andrews and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Winter with a poor takedown and Horunge counters with a nice double leg into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Winter looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Horunge passes into half guard.
Winter looking for submissions off his back. Winter wants to get back to full guard. Winter looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Horunge is thwarting Winter's attempts to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Winter wants to improve his position but Horunge is controlling well.
Winter looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Horunge scoring with strikes to the body and head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Winter has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Horunge is working away from the top position though. Winter controlling the position for now. Nice strikes from Horunge there. Winter is looking to control Horunge's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Winter avoid being mounted? Horunge working the head and body with strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Winter has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Horunge is working away from the top position though. Winter is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Horunge's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Horunge's back! Winter will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Winter working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Winter is breathing heavily. Horunge is in a bad position with Winter working for a choke. Horunge manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment. Winter is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Winter is striking but Horunge is not phased and passes to half guard. Horunge looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Winter with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Horunge slips a nice elbow through Winter's hands, connecting with Winter's forehead. Winter regains full guard. Nicely done. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Dan Horunge will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Horunge bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Winter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Winter can't do much from the bottom here. Winter trying to control but Horunge flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back! Winter manages to reverse the position and now he's in Horunge's guard. Nice work there by Winter.
Horunge avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Horunge uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Winter doesn't succeed with the takedown and Horunge counters with a nice double leg into guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Winter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Winter is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Horunge has his hands clasped together but Winter extends an breaks Horunge's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Winter.
