Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Inigo Montoya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mathew Maynard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Montoya comes into the arena with Reptile Theme by Skrillex blaring out of the sound system. Maynard has chosen do it as his entrance music. Inigo Montoya has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Inigo Montoya!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

25 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Mathew Maynard!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maynard throws a big shot that misses.
Inigo Montoya seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Montoya scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Montoya misses with a left hand
enabling Maynard to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Inigo Montoya has been cut.
A slapping leg kick lands for Montoya.
Montoya wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Maynard displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Montoya throws out the jab.
Maynard takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Montoya throws a push kick but Maynard slaps the foot to one side.
Montoya misses with a looping right.
Maynard shoots in for a double leg but Montoya sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Montoya is looking to slow Maynard down with leg kicks.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Montoya bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Maynard's head backwards.
Montoya tries to bum rush Maynard with a series of wild strikes but Maynard uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Maynard will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Maynard blocks a low kick nicely.
Maynard misses with an uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Montoya connects with a leg kick. Maynard looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
A lazy left from Montoya finds it's target.
Montoya avoids the body shot from Maynard.
Maynard shoots in looking for a takedown. Montoya tries to sprawl out of it but Maynard keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Montoya manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Montoya throws a leg kick which misses Maynard's front leg but catches the back leg as Maynard tries to avoid it.

It looks like Mathew Maynard has been cut.
Maynard takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Nice uppercut there from Montoya.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Maynard changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Montoya tries to avoid it but Maynard manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Montoya to the ground. Montoya escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Inigo Montoya has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mathew Maynard.
Montoya feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Maynard's calf.
Montoya misses with a two punch combination.
Maynard takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Montoya is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Maynard shoots for a double leg takedown but Montoya sprawls well. He's pushed Maynard's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Montoya lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Maynard is rocked!
Inigo Montoya is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Montoya is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Maynard hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
