5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stan Marsh! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marsh is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Dorrance.
It looks like Stan Marsh has been cut. Dorrance looks to score with a jab to the body but Marsh is just out of range. Marsh darts in and clinches Dorrance up against the cage. Dorrance landing knees to the head.
Dorrance lands a damaging elbow. Dorrance keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Marsh's efforts to push away. Dorrance landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice elbow from Dorrance. Dorrance comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Dorrance scores a nice knee to the body.
Marsh looks gassed! Dorrance with a knee to the head.
Marsh takes a knee right on the jaw!
Dorrance working the clinch nicely. Marsh is working for position but Dorrance cracks him with a big knee to the head! Marsh crumples up against the cage and Dorrance lands two more shots before the ref can save Marsh! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee & Punches). Edmund Dorrance! After the fight, Edmund Dorrance was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
