Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lars Lynix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Da Mian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Da Mian is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mian throws a hook to the side of Lynix's head but Lynix sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Mian throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Lynix was covering up waiting for the punch and Mian finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Mian has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Lynix ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mian moves away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lynix looks to land a combination. Mian sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Mian fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lynix to the ground. Mian is now in Lynix's guard.

Mian drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Mian seems to have locked his on tight now - Lynix screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Mian, as he picks up the win!
