Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kristow Zedski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clint Foote (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Kristow Zedski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Clint Foote! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Igor Prikhodko and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A jab from Zedski finds it's way through Foote's defenses.
It looks like Clint Foote has been cut. Foote gets tackled into the cage by Zedski. Zedski maintains the clinch. Zedski can't break the clinch.
Zedski escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Zedski doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Foote slips under a jab. Zedski shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Foote manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Foote controls Zedski momentarily but Zedski frees himself. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Zedski in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Zedski loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Zedski avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Zedski has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Foote had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Zedski defends it easily. Zedski scoring with punches to the head and body. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Foote manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Zedski sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. The fighters are battling for position here. Zedski manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Zedski wants to stand up but Foote is controlling him. Foote chips away with some ground and pound. Zedski looking for a sweep. Not yet Zedski, not yet. Foote working some strikes from top position. Zedski kicks Foote off and gets to his feet. Zedski misses with an uppercut. This has been an exciting period of action! Foote takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Foote takes one on the button. A low kick from Zedski misses and Foote counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Zedski fails to land with a series of punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Zedski defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Foote. Zedski changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Foote looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Foote is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Zedski wants to control but Foote is keeping him busy. Foote is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Zedski off and has taken his back! Foote throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Zedski!
Zedski tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell! Zedski regains half guard. Foote looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Foote prevents Zedski from improving his position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Foote is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Foote wants to free his trapped foot but Zedski is holding on for dear life with his legs. Foote is thwarting Zedski's attempts to control the position. Zedski slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Foote scoring with some ground and pound. Foote in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Foote preventing the sweep. Foote throwing strikes from guard but Zedski blocks nicely. Foote stands and throws Zedski's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Zedski is trying to improve his position. Zedski pushes Foote away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Foote gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Zedski taking punishment in the form of punches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Foote advances to mount. Zedski in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Zedski tries to get back to half guard but can't. Zedski regains half guard. Foote looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Zedski pushes Foote off looking to stand but Foote dives back in and keeps control.
Foote sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Zedski defending well though. Zedski is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kristow Zedski dominated that round. The cut man is working on Clint Foote's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Foote displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Zedski throws out the jab. Foote takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Zedski has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Foote. Zedski throws an off balance right hand
and Foote counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. A jab from Foote misses. Foote uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Zedski. Zedski thuds his right hand into Foote's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Foote misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Foote tries to sprawl but Zedski drives through with a takedown into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Zedski prevents Foote from improving his position. Zedski working the head and body with strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Zedski scoring with strikes to the body and head. Zedski looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Foote with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Foote is trying to get back to full guard. Zedski working over Foote with some ground and pound. Foote looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That has opened up Clint Foote's cut even more. Foote is staying active underneath Zedski, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Foote has hold of Zedski's hands but Zedski slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The cut above Clint Foote's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Clint Foote's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Kristow Zedski!
