PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Master Yi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Herer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Herer has chosen The Next Episode as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herer looks to land a left hand but Yi moved out of range nicely.
Yi misses with a few strikes there.

Herer throws an overhand right that lands on Yi's shoulder, as Yi tries to avoid the shot.
No joy there for Yi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Herer shoots for a takedown but Yi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Herer fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Yi to the ground. Herer is now in Yi's guard.

Yi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Herer can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
