Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Peter Sabota (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Doblez Mundo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sabota comes to the cage accompanied by Its Going Down. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Peter Sabota! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Doblez Mundo! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mundo lands a jab to the nose. Mundo pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Sabota back to the cage. Mundo follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Mundo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Mundo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sabota shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Sabota misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Sabota unloads with some shots from mount but Mundo bucks and avoids them well.
Mundo is looking to improve his position but Sabota isn't that keen on the idea. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sabota looking to finish Mundo with some ground and pound. This is bad for Mundo! Mundo sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Sabota knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mundo on the ground. Mundo wants to control but Sabota is keeping busy and won't allow it. Sabota tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Mundo looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mundo slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Mundo is trying to control the position but Sabota postures up. Sabota got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mundo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sabota has managed to get both his arms back between Mundo's legs - danger averted. Mundo trying to control the position.
Sabota works over Mundo with some ground and pound from guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sabota cracks Mundo with a solid left hand. Mundo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Mundo avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Sabota is looking to stand up but Mundo won't let him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mundo working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sabota. Sabota makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Mundo throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Mundo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mundo wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Sabota uses the opportunity to regain full guard. Mundo looks gassed! Mundo prevents Sabota from getting back to his feet. Mundo tries to free his leg and advance position but Sabota is retaining full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mundo postures up in Sabota's guard and throws a big left but Sabota blocks it. Mundo trying to control the position from guard on top but Sabota is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mundo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sabota is keeping the position for now. Mundo won't allow Sabota to get back to his feet.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A jab from Sabota misses. Mundo throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Sabota takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sabota misses with a few strikes there.
Mundo throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Doblez Mundo is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A head kick by Mundo misses and Sabota counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Sabota takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Mundo connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Sabota ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Mundo pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Sabota shoots in looking for a takedown but Mundo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sabota's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Mundo throws a nice looking combination but Sabota bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Mundo throws a sloppy head kick and Sabota moves out of range easily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Mundo dodges the punch combination from Sabota.
Mundo cracks Sabota with an open hand slap. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Doblez Mundo will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Mundo misses with a leg kick and Sabota counters with a lovely shot to the body. Some wild striking there from Mundo.
Mundo scores with a jab. Sabota acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Mundo throws a body punch but Sabota moves out of range. Good shot there by Mundo. Mundo looks to land a body kick but Sabota moved away. Mundo throws a lazy head kick and Mundo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sabota blocks a head kick by Mundo.
Mundo misses with a series of wild punches.
Sabota feints and as Mundo raises his hands in defense, Sabota changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Mundo is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sabota postures up and lands a big shot to Mundo's brow. Mundo is still in real trouble! Can Sabota finish him? Mundo has momentary wrist control but Sabota slips an elbow through the middle. Mundo is breathing heavily. Sabota gets to his feet and stands over Mundo, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Mundo felt that one! Sabota unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Mundo from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peter Sabota! An intense looking Peter Sabota took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'That W is for my daughter!, take care honey.. Your daddy loves you.'.
