The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Juliard is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rua.

and Rua counters with a crisp one two that drops Juliard! Rua thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Juliard to his feet! Juliard is in big trouble!

Oh Juliard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rua pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Juliard seems to have got his legs back now.
Rua throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Rua counters with a head kick. That will keep Juliard thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

and Rua counters with a perfectly timed head kick, knocking Juliard out cold! Wow, that took some serious skill and not a little luck! Rua is taking it in his stride though, strolling around like it's no big deal. What a guy.
