Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Douglas Key (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Miller might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bruce Springsteen - Born In The USA. Douglas Key has chosen Toe 2 Toe as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Miller! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gabriel Douglas Key! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Douglas Key shoots in looking for a takedown. Miller tries to sprawl out of it but Douglas Key keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Miller manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Douglas Key shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Miller napping and manages to drive through into side control! Douglas Key lands a few punches from side control. Miller takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Miller parries the strikes from Douglas Key easily there. Douglas Key is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Miller to escape.
Douglas Key scores with punches from side control. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Douglas Key throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Miller is breathing heavily. Douglas Key lands a decent elbow from side control. Douglas Key working the head and body with strikes. Miller gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! The referee warns Miller that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Douglas Key with good strikes from the mount here! Douglas Key pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Miller is rocked! Douglas Key loads up with a big shot that hurts Miller! He's pulled Douglas Key in close but Douglas Key has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Miller survive? More strikes from Douglas Key and Miller is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Gabriel Douglas Key! Gabriel Douglas Key really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Fight Club Clothing est. 09™ logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
