2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chael Emelianenko! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emelianenko has his takedown stuffed and Kaluma counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Emelianenko! Emelianenko drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kaluma manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Emelianenko has Kaluma in his guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kaluma postures up in Emelianenko's guard and throws a big left but Emelianenko blocks it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kaluma swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Emelianenko is now in Kaluma's guard. A big mistake from Kaluma there, giving up the dominant position! Kaluma bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Emelianenko's guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Emelianenko is pulling down on Kaluma's head. It's preventing any offense from Kaluma, at least for the moment. Kaluma is looking to advance position but Emelianenko has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Emelianenko is in the full mount, landing strikes. Emelianenko is landing with some decent strikes but Kaluma is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Kaluma is looking to improve his position but Emelianenko isn't that keen on the idea. Emelianenko tries to control but Kaluma wriggling away. Emelianenko prevents Kaluma from getting the reversal.
