Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks shoots in and bounces Beniot off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Beniot is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Hendricks loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Beniot had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Hendricks defends it easily.
Hendricks pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Beniot is keeping the position for now.
Hendricks got a little sloppy there for a moment and Beniot has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hendricks has managed to get both his arms back between Beniot's legs - danger averted.

Hendricks wriggles free and stands up.
Hendricks shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Beniot is working to get back to half guard.
Beniot wants to hold on but Hendricks pushes him away.
BOOM! Hendricks connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Hendricks goes for an armbar but Beniot turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Beniot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Beniot won't allow Hendricks to sweep him here.

Beniot is looking to take a break and control but Hendricks is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Hendricks is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Beniot is landing with some decent strikes but Hendricks is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Beniot lands a big elbow.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Beniot dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Beniot dives in and grabs Hendricks's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hendricks pushes down on Beniot's head and hops out.
Hendricks shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Hendricks was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Beniot wants to hold on but Hendricks pushes him away.
Beniot tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Hendricks pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Beniot is bucking up trying to escape but Hendricks cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
It looks like Chris Beniot has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Beniot wants to hold on but Hendricks pushes him away.

Hendricks is working for a guillotine from mount but Beniot frees his head quite easily.

Beniot wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
Hendricks tries to get the hooks in deep but Beniot pushed the leg off.
Hendricks is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Beniot. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Chris Beniot's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Chris Beniot's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
