The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCall tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Kamsuk counters with a good low kick that McCall was not able to check.
Gareth McCall seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McCall looks for the body kick but Kamsuk saw that one coming.
Kamsuk throws a solid leg kick but McCall takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Kamsuk.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from McCall lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kamsuk has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kamsuk and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kamsuk is trying to force a seperation but McCall has the dominant position.
Kamsuk pushes off an throws an elbow but McCall leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, McCall just misses with a elbow thrown towards Kamsuk's brow.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kamsuk looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

McCall lands a big head kick that sends Kamsuk tumbling to the mat! McCall takes a step backwards and waves Kamsuk back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Oh Kamsuk is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kamsuk leaves his chin hanging out and McCall seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Kamsuk crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

After the fight, Gareth McCall was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
