Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Tysinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clarence Costello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of New York, Marcus Tysinger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Clarence Costello! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Dean Styles and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tysinger shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Costello as he avoids it easily. Tysinger shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Costello but Costello pushes him off and we're back to square one. Tysinger shoots in looking for a takedown but Costello manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tysinger's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marcus Tysinger. That's going to take a lot out of him. A decent looking cross lands there for Costello. Tysinger will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Tysinger shoots in and bounces Costello off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Tysinger pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Costello is keeping the position for now. Costello has control of Tysinger's left arm, preventing Tysinger from doing any damage. Costello lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Tysinger! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Costello is in the full mount, landing strikes.
It looks like Marcus Tysinger has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Costello raining down hammerfists from mount. Tysinger keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Marcus Tysinger's cut is getting worse. Tysinger is squirming around, avoiding Costello's attempts to control the action. This has been an exciting period of action! Costello cracks Tysinger with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Jeez, Marcus Tysinger's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Marcus Tysinger's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Clarence Costello!
