Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Free Win (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marco Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Win has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Marco Silva has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Free Win !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marco Silva!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva moves out of range of the body kick.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign!
Silva fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Silva lands a big head kick that sends Win tumbling to the mat! Silva takes a step backwards and waves Win back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Silva throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Win on the side of the head.
Win could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Silva blocks a head kick by Win .

Silva moves into the clinch successfully.
Silva lands a good knee to the midsection. Win won't want to take too many of those.

Silva breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Silva has taken the fight to the clinch.

Silva pulls guard effortlessly.
Win being controlled here momentarily.

Silva has his feet on Win 's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Silva moves into range and clinches up with Win .

Silva manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Silva bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Win 's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Silva controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Win knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silva on the ground.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
It looks like Silva might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Win is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Silva dives into side control.

Silva has hold of Win 's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Win seems comfortable defending it but Silva has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Win is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Win is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Silva couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Marco Silva!
After winning the bout, Marco Silva thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
