Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between William Dowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Schnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Schnell is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Chain Music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schnell closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Dowe quickly recovers to half guard.

Schnell dives in and grabs Dowe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dowe pushes down on Schnell's head and hops out.

Dowe misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Schnell shoots in looking for a takedown but Dowe manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Schnell's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Dowe lunges at Schnell with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Schnell's hand.
Schnell tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Dowe manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Dowe's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Schnell shoots in looking for a takedown but Dowe manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Schnell's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dowe connects with a crisp jab.
Schnell swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A combination from Schnell does no damage.
Dowe takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Dowe throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

and Dowe counters with a nice leg kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dowe, as that shot connected.

Schnell tries to clinch up but Dowe circles away and keeps his distance.

Schnell misses with the combination.
Schnell shoots in looking for a takedown. Dowe tries to sprawl out of it but Schnell keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dowe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Dowe missing with a left hand there. Schnell was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Schnell goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Matt Schnell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dowe lands with a right and another and another! Schnell is in big trouble! Dowe lands again and this time it's lights out for Schnell! A quality knockout there for Dowe.
