Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ibe Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dinesh Jakhotia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ibe Kong! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dinesh Jakhotia! The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kong fails with a takedown attempt. Jakhotia pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Jakhotia looks to land a combination but Kong avoids it well. Kong fails with the takedown. A jab from Jakhotia misses. Kong dodges the punch combination from Jakhotia.
Kong has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ibe Kong. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jakhotia stuffs the takedown. Kong shoots for a double leg takedown but Jakhotia sprawls well. He's pushed Kong's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Kong fails with the takedown. Kong is looking to clinch but Jakhotia is avoiding it.
Jakhotia misses with the combination.
Kong throws a series of punches but Jakhotia moves out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kong ducks straight into an uppercut from Jakhotia and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Kong maanges to regain guard straight away.
Kong is rocked!
It looks like Ibe Kong has been cut. Jakhotia sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kong's guard. Oh Kong is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Jakhotia works his way into full mount! Jakhotia looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jakhotia takes Kong's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Kong is in trouble. Kong wants to escape the position.
Kong seems to have got his legs back now. Kong turns into Jakhotia and is now in his guard.
Kong really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jakhotia pulls Kong in close to his closed guard and prevents Kong from doing any damage or advancing position. Kong preventing the sweep. Kong might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Jakhotia looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Kong looking to pass the guard. Jakhotia wants to sweep but no luck. Kong slips nicely into half guard. Kong is looking for a kimura here.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Kong is looking for a kimura but Jakhotia is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Kong to get the leverage. Kong has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Jakhotia defend it? Kong steps over the head and cranks it - Jakhotia is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Kong!
