Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Frankie Figgs! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Koby Stott! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stott swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Figgs fails to land with a series of punches.
Stott tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Some wild striking there from Stott.
Figgs will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Figgs connects with a body shot. A lazy left from Figgs finds it's target. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Figgs throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Stott. Stott throws a series of punches but Figgs avoids them all with ease. Stott swinging wildly here.

Figgs throws a right and a left that both miss. Figgs throws a nice looking combination but Stott bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Figgs misses with a double jab
and Stott counters with a left to the body. Frankie Figgs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. No joy there for Stott, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Figgs throws a head kick that misses. Stott is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's one minute gone in the round. Figgs avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Stott misses with a hook. Figgs ducked under it nicely. Figgs throws a head kick that Stott semi-blocks.
Stott scores with a one two! Figgs had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Figgs throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Sloppy strikes from Figgs. Those never looked like landing. Stott scores with a three punch combo!

Frankie Figgs is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Figgs throws a series of punches but Stott avoids them all with ease. Figgs thumps Stott with a low kick. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Figgs misses with the combination.
Stott throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stott has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Figgs misses with a two punch combination.
Figgs throws a series of punches but Stott avoids them all with ease. Figgs scores with a kick to the midsection. Figgs looks to land a combination. Stott sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Figgs misses with a double jab
and Stott counters with a two punch combo. Stott throws a sloppy head kick and Figgs moves out of range easily. Stott throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Stott avoids a punch combination nicely.

The fight stays on the outside here - Stott looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Figgs rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stott moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Stott blocks a head kick by Figgs.
Stott takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stott tries to clinch but Figgs is having none of it. Figgs on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Stott throws a series of punches but Figgs moves out of range. Stott throws a right and a left that both miss. Figgs scores with a one two! Stott had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. A combination from Figgs does no damage. Figgs's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Stott connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Figgs scrambles back to his feet.
Figgs is rocked! Stott closes the distance and clinches. Stott misses with a short punch on the inside. Figgs escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Stott takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Stott lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Figgs goes down and covers up as Stott starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Koby Stott! During a confident post fight interview, Koby Stott thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
