The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

San shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
San moves into side control, avoiding the strikes from Johnson.

Johnson trying to remain calm as San controls from the top position.
Johnson is working to avoid the ground and pound but San connects with a decent elbow.

San is staying tight to Johnson's torso, preventing him from escaping.

San takes a little break here. Johnson wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
San lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Johnson down.
