Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jim Beam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Topi Takala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beam kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Hollywood Undead - Everywhere I Go. Takala has chosen Volga as his entrance music. Topi Takala has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jim Beam's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Jim Beam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Topi Takala! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beam throws a chopping leg kick but Takala manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Takala shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Beam looks like he's trying to stand up.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Topi Takala was stalling too much, according to the referee. A nice combination there by Takala.
A head kick by Beam misses and Takala counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Takala uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Beam has time to react. Beam misses with a combination
and Takala counters with a good, hard body kick but Beam shrugs it off. Beam scores with a head kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Beam fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Takala looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Takala fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Beam manages to avoid it. Takala swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A telegraphed right hand from Takala misses the target. Beam misses with a body shot.
Beam misses with a head kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Takala shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Beam eats them both and turns towards Takala to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Beam lands with an uppercut that bounces Takala off the cage and back into range. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Beam. Takala with a hook. Takala connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Beam tumbling to the canvas! Takala pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Beam was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Topi Takala! During a confident post fight interview, Topi Takala thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
