Waters's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, 50 Cent - Ready for War. Lei is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rising Dawn. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waters lands a front kick.
Lei with a lazy takedown attempt
enabling Waters to counter with a crisp jab.
Lei gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Waters counters with a nice body shot.
Waters lands a jab to Lei's midsection.
Lei misses with a takedown attempt
and Waters counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Dwayne Waters has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chan Lei.
Lei shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Waters counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Chan Lei has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Waters looking to score a takedown here. Lei is defending well but Waters drives through and ends up in Lei's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Waters is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Waters postures up in Lei's guard and throws a big left but Lei blocks it.
Waters is looking to work some ground and pound but Lei has wrist control.

Lei working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Waters doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Waters manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Lei escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Waters gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Waters lands a couple of digs.

Lei throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Waters escapes and throws Lei's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Lei is trying to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Waters taking a breather here.
Lei is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Waters off and has taken his back!
Waters wants to control his opponent's hands but Lei gets his hands free.

Lei has managed to slip his arm under Waters's chin. This could be all over... yep, Waters is tapping out! Submission win for Lei.
