Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Fourie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lino Bastardi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fourie might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to ''Not Afraid'' by Eminem. Bastardi has chosen Indestructible- Disturbed as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fourie shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bastardi manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Fourie drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bastardi manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Fourie has Bastardi in his guard.
Fourie might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

That was a close round but I would say that Alexander Fourie will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Alexander Fourie.
