The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Bombereem throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Wayne uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bombereem.
Bombereem connects with a body shot.
Bombereem throws a hook but Wayne avoids it easily.
Bombereem checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Wayne connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wayne scores with a head kick. Bombereem tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Wayne moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Wayne takes a swing at Bombereem's ribcage but misses.

Bombereem tries to work over Wayne's front leg with a kick but Wayne checks it.
Bombereem is looking to clinch but Wayne is avoiding it.
Zachariah Wayne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bombereem wants to slow Wayne down by chopping away at his legs.
Wayne moves out of range of the strikes.

Wayne throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Wayne scores with a sloppy right hand. Bombereem should have avoided that one.

Bombereem stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wayne.

and Wayne counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Wayne seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Bombereem is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Wayne controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Zachariah Wayne hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Bombereem looks to score with a jab to the body but Wayne is just out of range.
Wayne shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Bombereem defends it nicely.
Bombereem lands a nice leg kick that just misses Wayne's sensitive parts.

The crowd cheers as Bombereem lands an impressive looking overhand right. Wayne doesn't seem phased though.
Bombereem takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Bombereem throws a leg kick but Wayne sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Bombereem ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Wayne tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bombereem was well out of range. Poor timing from Wayne.
Bombereem is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Wayne's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Wayne fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bombereem manages to avoid it.
Wayne has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Bombereem throws out a powerful jab.
Wayne fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Wayne throws an overhand right that lands on Bombereem's shoulder, as Bombereem tries to avoid the shot.
Wayne takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Wayne lands a glancing blow to the side of Bombereem's head.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Wayne.
Wayne throws a looping overhand right but Bombereem ducks down to avoid it.

Asteroids Bombereem is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Wayne scores with a hook to the body. Bombereem takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Wayne scores with a jab. Bombereem acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Wayne lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Bombereem thuds his right hand into Wayne's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
A telegraphed right hand from Bombereem misses the target.
Wayne misses with a two punch combination.
Wayne lands a really nice looking cross but Bombereem seems unphased.
Bombereem throws the left hand but Wayne avoids the punch easily.
Wayne throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bombereem sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Wayne clobbers Bombereem with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Bombereem is rocked!
Wayne throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Oh Bombereem is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bombereem is breathing heavily.
Wayne fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Bombereem out cold! Brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Zachariah Wayne!
