Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jay Jay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Elwood Buckknuckle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jay Jay! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Elwood Buckknuckle! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jay avoids the head kick by Buckknuckle.
Jay moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Jay swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jay fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Buckknuckle has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Jay turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Nice shot lands for Jay. Jay uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Buckknuckle.
Buckknuckle missing with a left hand there. Jay was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Jay looks to score with a jab to the body but Buckknuckle is just out of range. Jay scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Jay lands with an overhand left. Buckknuckle shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jay pinned against the cage. Jay gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jay swings for the body but Buckknuckle moves out of range.
Jay dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Buckknuckle blocks a leg kick. Jay dips to his left and cracks Buckknuckle with an uppercut! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A head kick misses from Jay. A head kick misses from Buckknuckle. Jay throws the left hand but Buckknuckle avoids the punch easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. A swing and a miss from Jay. Jay lands with a thumping leg kick.
Buckknuckle throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Buckknuckle lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jay circles away quickly and effectively. Jay misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A big left from Jay misses. Buckknuckle goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Buckknuckle throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Jay counters with a left to the body. A swing and a miss from Jay. Jay lands with a thumping leg kick.
Jay Jay is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Jay throws a wild body kick that Buckknuckle sees coming a mile off. Buckknuckle throws an off balance right hand
and Jay counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Buckknuckle decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Jay wants to get back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Buckknuckle missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Buckknuckle missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Buckknuckle tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jay knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Buckknuckle is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Jay has managed to free his arm - good work. Buckknuckle throwing shots but Jay is blocking nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Buckknuckle is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Buckknuckle works his way into side control. Buckknuckle working the head and body with strikes. The strikes coming from Buckknuckle are missing the target in this wave of attacks. The ground and pound from Buckknuckle seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Jay tries to escape but Buckknuckle is in control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Buckknuckle postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Jay parries the strikes from Buckknuckle easily there. Buckknuckle is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Jay to escape.
Buckknuckle working the ground and pound but Jay is defending the strikes. Jay is trying to buck Buckknuckle off. Buckknuckle throws an elbow but Jay slips to the side and avoids it well. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Buckknuckle cracks Jay with an elbow. That is naaassty. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jay regains half guard, as Buckknuckle was trying to land strikes. Buckknuckle lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Elwood Buckknuckle dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Jab from Buckknuckle. Buckknuckle throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! A looping hook to the body misses from Jay. Buckknuckle does a little dance to reset his feet. Jay lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Buckknuckle takes a swing at Jay's ribcage but misses. Jay Jay is winning the standup battle so far. Jay throws a nice looking combination but Buckknuckle bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Jay keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Buckknuckle blocks a head kick by Jay.
Buckknuckle has a takedown stuffed. Jay Jay seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Buckknuckle fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Jay has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Jay moves out of range of the body kick. No joy there for Jay, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Buckknuckle looks to score with a jab to the body but Jay is just out of range. Jay misses with a looping left. Jay is looking to chop away at Buckknuckle's legs. Buckknuckle misses with a looping right.
That's one minute gone in the round. Buckknuckle changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jay looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Buckknuckle working the ground and pound. Buckknuckle throws a strike aimed at the side of Jay's head but Jay avoids it well. Buckknuckle in side control, throwing shots but Jay defends. Buckknuckle has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Buckknuckle lands a few punches from side control. Buckknuckle is trying to ground and pound but Jay uses the momentary lack of control by Buckknuckle to regain half guard. Buckknuckle throwing shots but Jay is blocking nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Buckknuckle is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Jay reverses the position - he's now on top in Buckknuckle's guard. Buckknuckle tries to land a sweep but no joy. Buckknuckle is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jay wants to control from the top but Buckknuckle keeps moving. Buckknuckle manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Buckknuckle looking to finish with strikes here!
Jay gets back to half guard. Buckknuckle is looking for a kimura here.
Buckknuckle is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Buckknuckle throws a strike but Jay avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Buckknuckle throwing strikes from guard but Jay blocks nicely. Buckknuckle with a flurry of punches that miss. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Buckknuckle stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jay swivels though and keeps the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Elwood Buckknuckle showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Buckknuckle lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. A jab from Jay misses. Buckknuckle dodges the punch combination from Jay.
Jay rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Buckknuckle counters with a straight right hand. Buckknuckle shoots in looking for a takedown. Jay tries to sprawl out of it but Buckknuckle keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jay manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Buckknuckle throws a head kick that misses. Buckknuckle uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jay.
Buckknuckle looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Buckknuckle stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jay swivels though and keeps the full guard. Buckknuckle has gone for a leg lock! Jay slips out almost immediately though and dives into Buckknuckle's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jay trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Buckknuckle can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Jay controls the pace. Buckknuckle tries to land a sweep but no joy. Buckknuckle looking for a guillotine here but Jay defends easily.
Buckknuckle working for submissions but it's allowed Jay to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jay wants to get back to his feet.
Jay wants to lay and pray for a moment but Buckknuckle keeps working.

Jay trying to control but Buckknuckle is working from the bottom. Buckknuckle lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Jay! Jay Jay has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Buckknuckle looking to ground and pound but Jay is blocking nicely. Buckknuckle sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Elwood Buckknuckle is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Buckknuckle is landing with some decent strikes but Jay is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Buckknuckle with shots to the head and body - Jay looks very uncomfortable down there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Buckknuckle raining down shots from the mount! Buckknuckle throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Elwood Buckknuckle comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Buckknuckle winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
