The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeBlunt throws an overhand right that lands on Smith's shoulder, as Smith tries to avoid the shot.
DeBlunt lands with a shot to the body.
DeBlunt works over Smith's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Freddy Smith has been cut.
DeBlunt misses with a body shot.
Smith uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by DeBlunt.
Smith looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? DeBlunt is fending him off so far but Smith persists. Nope, DeBlunt circles away and we're back to standing.
This has been an exciting period of action!
DeBlunt uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Smith looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
That has opened up Freddy Smith's cut even more.
Smith shoots in but DeBlunt avoids the takedown attempt easily.
It's a brutal combination of punches from DeBlunt! Smith is backing up but he can't get away as DeBlunt lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Smith and ends the fight. Great knockout.
