Rovio is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Penn to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Penn shrugs it off.
Penn is still in real trouble! Can Rovio finish him?
Rovio loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Penn scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Rovio land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Rovio stands and salutes the crowd.
