Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Vronsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Afro Ninja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ninja has chosen On To The Next One as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 8 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Vronsky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Afro Ninja! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Vronsky will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Ninja scores with a sloppy right hand. Vronsky should have avoided that one. Ninja throws a chopping leg kick but Vronsky manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Vronsky throws the left hand but Ninja avoids the punch easily. Vronsky throws a jab when Ninja was well out of range. Ninja instigates a clinch. Ninja stops a takedown attempt from Vronsky.

Ninja lands a right hand that snaps the head of Vronsky backwards. Ninja lands a body shot. A nice left hand lands by Ninja.
Ninja lands on the inside with an uppercut. Ninja tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Vronsky's elbow. Ninja swings wildly with an uppercut but Vronsky uses good head movement to avoid it. Ninja scores with a shot to the side of Vronsky's head.

Ninja looks to land a body kick but Vronsky moved away. Ninja walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Ninja displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Vronsky throws out the jab. Vronsky tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Nice sprawl there from Ninja as Vronsky shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Vronsky. That's going to take a lot out of him. Vronsky staying out of range there. Ninja fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vronsky manages to avoid it. Ninja tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vronsky was well out of range. Poor timing from Ninja. Vronsky gets tackled into the cage by Ninja. Ninja maintains the clinch. Vronsky has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ninja is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Ninja is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Vronsky looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Ninja lands an uppercut. Vronsky tries to score a body lock takedown but Ninja shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Ninja misses with a body punch.

Afro Ninja seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ninja throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ninja lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Vronsky throws a nice looking combination but Ninja bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ninja misses with a low kick. A nice inside leg kick there by Ninja. That's going to slow Vronsky down. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Vronsky slips a jab from Ninja. A big left from Vronsky misses. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Vronsky blocks a head kick by Ninja.
Ninja tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. A head kick misses from Ninja. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Afro Ninja dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Vronsky has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Ninja clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Vronsky not allowing Ninja to control his hands. Ninja is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Vronsky off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Will Vronsky go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Vronsky is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Ninja is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Ninja is trying to escape under a series of strikes and manages to escape from Vronsky 's hooks. Vronsky throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Vronsky is keen to just control but Ninja is a slippery customer. Vronsky tries to pass to full mount but Ninja defends it. Vronsky throwing shots but Ninja is blocking nicely. Vronsky landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Ninja is trying to get back to full guard. Vronsky tries to pass the half guard into mount. Ninja knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ninja wants to get back to full guard. Michael Vronsky dominated that second round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Vronsky uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ninja. Ninja dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Vronsky. That did some damage! Ninja throws a lazy uppercut

Vronsky fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ninja misses the shot to the body. Vronsky slips a jab from Ninja. Ninja blocks a jab. Vronsky checks a low kick from Ninja. Vronsky shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Vronsky was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Vronsky looking to control but Ninja is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Vronsky postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ninja looks a forlorn figure.
Ninja wants to hold on but Vronsky pushes him away. Vronsky throwing strikes but Ninja bucks up and reverses the position. He's now in guard on top. Ninja wants to control from the top but Vronsky keeps moving. Vronsky has control of Ninja's left arm, preventing Ninja from doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vronsky is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Vronsky keeping moving, preventing Ninja from controlling successfully. Ninja engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Vronsky fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Vronsky. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ninja slips a straight right by Vronsky. Vronsky keeps the fight on the outside. Ninja wants to clinch up but Vronsky keeps it at a distance. Ninja lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Ninja fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Ninja tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ninja lands with a nice body kick. Vronsky ducks under a wild hook from Ninja. That's four minutes gone in the round. Ninja throws a lazy right hand but Vronsky sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. A chopping leg kick lands by Ninja. Ninja doesn't manage to clinch there - Vronsky circles away.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Ninja connects with the punch. Ninja lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Ninja is looking to land body kicks. Vronsky needs to keep his hands up - Ninja had a free shot at his head there. Ninja throws a body punch but Vronsky moves out of range. Ninja bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Vronsky changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ninja looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ninja prevents Vronsky from improving position. Vronsky in side control, just content to control the action for now.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Afro Ninja. I think Ninja has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
