Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Thunder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terry Thunder is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, John Thomas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Terry Thunder! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Winston Howard and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thomas throws an off balance right hand
and Thunder counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Thomas! Thunder looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Thomas tries to lock up and control but Thunder gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Thomas sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Thomas is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Thomas's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Thomas looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Thomas is controlling Thunder's position as best he can from this difficult position. Thomas makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Thomas.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thomas is adopting a defensive guard. Thunder is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Thomas has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Thunder is looking to defend but Thomas has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Thunder! Thomas pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Thunder taps out and this one is all over!
